Torero is a serif that combines humanist and traditional classifications. Inspired by Juan Belmonte Garcia, a Spanish bullfighter whose techniques crystallized the tradition of modern bullfighting. Belmonte’s ring performances were well known for his resemblance to flamenco and spanish classical dance movements. The traje de luces (suit of lights) is the traditional clothing that Spanish bullfighters wear in the bullring. The details between a bullfighters attire and movements are embroidered in this typeface.
